You pose a good question. I do know that 60% of revenues are derived from repeat customers. That's a good indication that they are not only retaining customers, but making them happy on a regular basis. Regarding Bezos investing every penny of revenue, Im referring to the $293 million in revenues Amazon made during its last quarter compared to $87 million in revenue it made in 98.
