George -

you are certainly not letting the facts get in the way of a good story. you are also welcome to guide your investments by who is showing up a chat board at any given time - it confirms my general sense of the caliber of investor that believes this is a long term investment.

but, let's stay on track. do you have anything to say about USWB's business, it's prospects going forward, it's current valuation, or the consistent insider selling ?

i can see that i have captured your imagination, but for this whole interaction to work for me, i'd like to hear some educated perspective about USWB.

rick.

George, seeing the shorts in full panic mode gives me comfort that the short term price movement has a way's to go yet.

The valuation of USWB isn't hard to figure given the potential of the internet, and the low penetration rate of computers around the world. We are still in only the first few innings of a multi-year move in internet related stocks. USWB has a distinct competitive advantage. They have the talented programmers and are lining up contract after contract placing their talent in the heart of corporations IT strategy.

Every company with a forward looking vision is figuring out way's to make the internet/intranet productive and useful for their business. To ignore the use of the internet is to relegate your company to has-been status. As the usage grows, as virtual companies grow into second tier level complexities, the importance of web design will grow with it. USWB now finds itself in the enviable position of being limited in growth by only the amount of business they can take on.

Quality programmers are in strong demand. I heard that Microsoft recently hired 3000 programmers. Most of them with web-based expertise.

I believe USWB will grow it's business revenue another 50% over the next year, and then someone will offer them serious money to merge. Maybe Oracle, AOL, Anderson, or Microsoft if the Justice Department allows it.

This fractured industry is steadily consolidating around a few industry leaders. USWB now stands at the top of Web Database Development.

Long term it's a no-brainer for anybody with vision.
