The experience with Radica, which brought a small profit, has taught me that I will keep my money in companies located in the most efficient wealth-producing nation the world has ever seen, due in large part to it's political stability, it's uncorrupted financial system (when compared to others), and the incredible inventiveness of it's people which present, with great regularity, incredible opportunities for profit on an almost daily basis...

I'll confine my looking to the big companies, and to proven firms in emerging markets, not emerging companies in established markets.

Last night I ran the math. $2,000 in a Roth IRA for 20 years, invested well to earn 50% per year, equals roughly ten times what a typical American may earn over a 40-year career. I can do that.
I think most of us could, if we focus on solid growth opportunities rather than straws.
