I Have been following TSIG for months, waiting for an inpoint and I think it may have come Friday. I don't know if anyone else was watching on L2 or tick by tick, but there was some very meaningful buying, coming through in 35K and up chunks. This is something I've not seen in this stock since it was a player. Contrary to popular bulletin board trading theory, I don't believe and of the MM's are 'shorting' this stock. Quite the opposite - the majority of them appear to be accumulating with the exception of one with the symbol, FLSC on the ask side. FLSC has been relentlessly filling buy orders as if he has a nearly unlimited supply of shares in stock. On the buy side there were 13 MMs lined up, all within a half cent of each other. This is usually an exceedingly bullish indicator. My THEORY is that this FLSC is likely the institution converting the dreaded FI's and has been for several months now and my suspicion is that, at some point soon, he's going to run out of shares.
