I am more interested in seeing some audited financials for the company. I know they are in business; but no one has any idea how much debt they carry, how much cash they do or do not have, the terms of the LU deal, etc.

I E-mailed XSNI asking for an annual report or quarterly report. We will see if they respond. Their IR firm doesn't have much.

But for everyone - I have no plans to write anything further about XSNI, so whatever we learn is academic. The point was what I found on my first forays to established research sites. A BB stock with no SEC financials is inherently risky.

That was the point. Then everyone just went nuts for some reason.
