Has anyone out there had any luck in signing up for IDT's lower rate calling card? I can't seem to get any help. I've called the number in their press release Thursday. I was put on hold over an hour. I called back Sunday and was told I had to go to their web site, and couldn't get it done there (not for existing customers).

This morning I called and hold passed off to 6 different people and then forwarded to the 'dedicated' dept. and got a recording saying leave a message and they will call me back.

If anyone has had any luck, tell me the secret. I'm thinking about just cancelling the card and then signing back up. That may seem to be the way.

Sooo, where is the meat? You promised all who held till Monday great things. Thank goodness for CUBE and others. I think I've closed out four other doubles while waiting for this thing for what seems like months.
