Pardon me, a thousand years. Pardon me again, but I try to be fair as do others, but acts of truly defending Oshinsky are just about zilch save from Oshinsky himself. Sid and I both seemed to condone his actions lately, but then he started calling names again. He wonders "what would you do when faced with lies" and I would say he should look twice and refrain by deletion from posting his most venemous thoughts...'cause he's adding to the mud in this puddle and he shouldn't see any benefit in that- though apparently he does. In his defense, it IS emotionally difficult for ALL of us to behave in a civilized manner- and I'll bet you'd agree that blasting away IS cathartic at times. I don't know if he could do better, but I think he can if he puts his mind to it. He should go over his posts with Tony Robbins before posting. Seems to me that I've stated repeatedly that Oshinsky is very slipery IMHO and/or other similar doubtful comments. As near as I can tell you might have him on SOMETHING but I doubt it. That about does it for me. I'd like to see a lawyers opinion- Do it anyway. My arm-chair lawyer opinion is that he protects DCHT by insisting that what he does is outside of their instigation or approval- i.e. it's not what he's paid for. I'd wager you'll never connect his promotional actions here with any contract with DCHT to do so just as he insists. He can go down and deserve it if guilty and I won't give a hoot...it wouldn't touch DCHT IMHO- save that you bashers on this little board might try to make the most of it. Hey, I could be wrong.
