[dspg strength]

hi kevin,

well 25 doesn't seem to have been much of a problem... dspg looking suspiciously strong.. not used to this kind of performance... ;)

am guessing that pieces of the dspg plan, as outlined in the last couple of cc's, are falling into place maybe more quickly than expected (and as shlomi said "and on top of it we have the AUDIOCODES IPO")... also am still wondering who those customers might be who are already in line for the new wireless silicon.. wouldn't it be nice if one were sony? just checked 97 annual report and fwiw sony is listed as a dspg tad customer.. tad to home cordless phones seems like a pretty natural progression (related functionality)

am guessing that 900 mz cordless phones for the home market might be a real nice fit for dspg's new 900 mz wireless and soon.. wireless with integrated "advanced telephony functions" ... such as call waiting/ low power consumption/speakerphone/ call screening/ voice recognition

a sony 900 mz cordless product (have no idea whether any dspg in this product):

sel.sony.com

and for a variation of the theme:

900 mhz rf wireless headphones
sel.sony.com

i also believe that eventually we will hear something on the wireless networking front... tho am guessing it might take an acquisition.. along the way...

best wishes
s
