A reversal pointing down..... yes..... also, look at the hourly bar chart for the SP cash, it's time for a down move using fork measurements.....

I found it... look at the two year daily DOW chart..... the high and low of 1998 bisected from the low in 1997 gives us a measured turning point time frame at about this time..... see it?
