Frankfurt $25.48 (15 mins before NYSE - and the volume has hardly changed in over an hour). Vol still way below normal.

TSV indicator for Compaq goes bullish for first time since Ocober 1998. TSV, Time Segmented Volume, is a Worden Brothers inicator as part of Telechart 2000. TSV essentially measures the amount of money flowing in or out of a particular stock. TSV is an oscillator, which is calculated by comparing various time segments of both price and volume. When TSV crosses up through the zero line it signals positive accumulation or buying pressure. This action is considered bullish. TSV crossed the zero line May 14th. The other times it crossed the zero point were April 1997, January 98, May 98 and October 98. These were the start periods for major up movements of the stock. TSV period was set at 22 to evaluate intermediate term investing. The indicator has moved sharply during the past week. Do any others see similar movement for other indicators?
