If you get a partial fill on an order that you have to cancel and reenter, I have to pay additional commissions of $11.00. If I leave the order out there until it is completely filled and it is, they are supposed to only charge you $11.00. They've been good about fixing stuff like that if they doubled charged a commission on a partial fill where I left the order out there until it was filled.

Like you, I have been paying for island and soes partials, I contacted JPR and they said that this was correct. In other words, if I enter ONE island order but it is filled with three partials the cost will be $13 -- $10 for the commission and three $1 charges for the island fees.

Have you contacted them? Did they tell you the same thing?
