Let's be real here. The Nasdaq IPO will issue new shares. The former MegaCom stockholders, whose shares are currently restricted, will begin to participate. My reading of a UK board (see the Raging Bull xsni site for links) turned up the statement that the restricted stock will go common 1% in June, 1% next year, and the all of it in 2001 (if my memory serves). Don't get me wrong here, I and buying xsni on these dips and think it will be a great long play but donkeyman's wacky enthusiasm is only hurting the credibility of this issue. Let's talk facts.

I am currently corresponding with Sue Norreys at Diversion (the division of Noiseworks that handles X-Stream PR):
Tel: 01628 676727
email: susann@diversion.co.uk

...and she is preparing answers to my questions that I will post here. She is also putting me in contact with the company.

Let's do some real DD and polish this gem.
