Heinz: I think Korea is doing as well as any country in restructuring itself. There was an industry conference in which their exporters felt it was important for their government to devalue the won by 10 percent. Just recently many of the companies upped their expected revenue estimates for the coming year because of strength in the domestic economy. It is also interesting to see that Russia does not want to repay their debt to Korea. They want Korea to forgive the debt or buy Russian weapons instead.
