<CLEV> You might be able to scalp a little, but the fact that they are just beginning the process of looking for a buyer means it will probably stay up for a long time, you have to be prepared to hold the short for months to make any serious money, and there is serious risk that goes along with it due to the nature of sports teams. I don't understand your reasoning on the authorized-but-not-issued shares... the club doesn't need the cash and issuing more shares would simply dilute Jacobs holdings. And the shares certainly aren't being sold yet, it's not like they can simply decide to issue stock without a vote of BD and without telling anyone.
