they have already indicated a tightening bias when AG stated that it was necessary to evaluate the appropriateness of the third 1/4 point easing. With the world economy in a rather tenuous situation, and the changing of the guard at the treasury, there will be no action taken at the FOMC meeting THIS TIME. However, it's almost a shoe in for next time, and I think the market will act as such.
