amein...you are most welcomed.... as far as your broker not doing what she doesn't like...remember you are the client, she must accommodate your financial goals and needs... she probably is not familiar with full range of strategies, that in my opinion are necessary to survive with the market volatility that exists...for instance, if you have the capabilities of buying cmgi today, but not sure if there is more downside, why use a limit order, why not sell the put as pal did, and gladly accept at a level below your price today...just good common sense to establish a position at a predetermined price on a future date...less risky than long today!!!!!....if you have the capacity to do it, why should you be denied... no need to change brokers, open up a dialogue..she works for you...good luck, ed a.
