Good article. Now just an observation and my opinion. How can the media in its right mind (oxymaroon) believe the FED is going to have a tightening bias or tighten rates. ha ha ha. The FED is busy everyday, lubricating this market by buying bonds no-one else wants through multiple coupon passes, overnight rp's etc. The chances of a tightening are zero. I dont care what the CPI does this month, or next month, we will explain it away.

Greenspan will not tighten period. (btw, it appears that the writer of the article feels as I do on this note) What is more important and more interesting, is that the rest of the world is beginning to recongize the FED for what it is doing. Which is why even with all the market interference, the FED is having trouble holding rates at bay.

PS. Wheres Earlie ? ?
