I'm not too sure how much stock I'd put in that Red Herring list. You'll notice they also included Iridium, ouch!

I don't know how important the Red Herring list is, but this is exactly the kind of press release we need more of. WIND has used an event to talk about themselves and really present their story as well as some of their design wins. We could use a handful more of these over the next month to give people the feeling that they are not a company that is back on its heels, but a hungry, aggressive competitor. IMHO

Thank you for the very interesting Red Herring article. I graduated from EPFL in Lausanne and not Zurich. I do appreciate if you could elaborate on the EDIG technology. Edig currently own several patents on microOS for appliances. Edig-LU-TI (digital music), Edig-Lanier (dictaphone), and much more. We do known that WindOS is being used in digital camera. What is the potential competition between Wind and Edig?
