Elliot, By getting relisted they do the following: 1) Raise (acquisition)value. 2) Improve credit standing. 3) Raise liquidity -- through likely/broader shareholder base. 4) Remove the "pink sheet" status in dealing with potential/existing customers. 5) Raise/Bouy stock price for all of these same reasons. There are still very many online traders who cannot buy/sell ALTS. Where available -- they may choose to call (by phone) and place the trade with a broker. This makes any trade far more expensive and cumbersome. In addition, Pink Sheet stocks are not marginable (as are many listed <$5.00 stocks.) Nearly 65% of all trading is now done online by individuals. -JH
