If give you a penny, then give you double that number of pennies the next week, then double that new number next week, within a very short time I am giving you more money than exists in the world. The same with Amazon's 50% growth rate quarters. If they kept up that rate increase for a few years they would soon have to sell $100,000 dollars worth of books to every man, woman, child, and pet, on planet earth..
