Don't you think it is a little disturbing to see that this deal was supposed to be close 2 weeks ago, last week and now it is supposed this week. It is like somebody was telling us not to sell and be patient. But the 30th June deadline is approching. Perhaps I look a little pessimistic, but if the deal does not go through before this date, we will be delisted from TSE and we will trade on the OTC probably.

THE DEAL IS DONE.

I called SBX this morning. I talk with Jim Fisher. He said to me "THE DEAL IS DONE". The only thing that remains to be done is "paper and lawyer". This is very very good for my ears, my heart and all the parts of my body. I cross my fingers and wait.
