Mike, Good morning. May I make a suggestion? First, I appreciate your work and would like to see it validated or refuted on its merits. Perhaps you should fax/email your analysis to Ted O at ACTV and ask for his response. It is a "plan" which needs approval. Obviously he can comment on the validity of your analysis, if he cares to. At this point, the plan is not a part of company policy or practice, and it certainly is not insider information. Give it a shot... and Ted, if you're reading this, you're probably giving a groan, but !!<<VBG>>!! I know you enjoy a challege and this could liven up a routine Monday! I'm very curious as to why no one is taking up Mike's line of thought and debating the issue? Stocks have cratered due to issues surrounding compensation issues for executives. If you care about IATV and your holdings in it, if Mike's analysis is correct or wrong, more dialogue needs to occur on it IMHO. Ed
