hi,
unbelievable there is a board for this 6 person company. i guess the recent run-up was caused by their "DVD-quality" video demonstration over IP using their TrueCircuit Technology on Networld+Interop at Las Vegas on May 11.

Their Techology is (as far as i understood) hardware and software and the base idea is to offer guaranteed "Quality of Service" (QoS), which means every aaplication gets the bandwidth it needs to operate properly.

Looking at the history of the 2 founder of the company part of the solution seems to be a technology to send digital and analoge information simultanously via one ip connection.

at the momenent they have no customers and no venture capitalists behind them. according to their homepage (http://www.path1.net) they are negotiating with a "leading US Investment Bank specialised on Hich Tech Companies".

I think for the short term the following steps are important for the comany and it's stock price:

- listing at the NASDAQ
- venture capital
- annoucement of products
- hire good people (they have the technical expertise i think but no business leader who as experience in managing start-up companies)

michael berns (chairman) has left the company. why?
does anybody know the actual market capitalisation of path 1?

happy investing
