The one minute intra-day chart looks like it has closed the initial "upside gap" and may start turning up again Bought some more at 5 1/4 and 5 3/16. Will keep buying on any dips Good luck

Don't know about Merrill rumor, but they've been sitting on the bid (accumulating) most of the morning.

Stock: The best thing about today is it's clear, well....to ME anyway(heh), that BIOM's forming a significant base in the ~$5.30 area. And longer term data shows a clear pattern of accumulation going on. As for the Merrill rumor. I haven't heard that, BUT if'n a prior posters comment about Merrill being all over the bid today is true, then THAT is telegraphing THEIR opinion of BIOM's situation, eh? Now let's see how the remainder of today goes.. John~
