Sid, thank's for the response and update for Avista. I realize it is a different system then PEM, but feel that any public awareness of the practical aspect of fuel cells would be helpful in advancing the acceptability of this concept for power. The follow-up on this particular operating system seems rather slim. It was hoped that after two years of operation there would be some notice, good or bad. Perhaps I just missed seeing it. If any one has latest details it would be appreciated if they posted it here,. Thanks
