(NI) is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties in the Philippines. Initial metallurgy is reported to show extraction of 98% Ni.(nickel) and 96% Co.(cobalt) from the Celestial property ore. The nickel industry is presently experiencing a dramatic shift where new producers are moving to the tried and proven HPAL technology for tropical nickel laterite deposits. (The Sherritt International "HPAL" Nickel Refinery located in Alberta, Canada,has been in operation since the 1950's, processing nickel ore from Cuba.) Significantly lower operating costs than typical historical refinery operations are projected for these new ore processing facilities when located at the site of the orebody.
