Just got the information DLJ puts out. They spent 2 days last week ushering FLC management around in front of equity investors. Report stated that a topic of discussion was sale of the company. Basically, the report said that FLC has put itself up for sale in front of the investor community. Specifically the report indicated that R&B guys (remember the recent change in CEO - right and RB guy) are looking for sale as an exit strategy. While perhaps not imminent, it looks like the new CEO has publicly stated that they will entertain bids. Could be interesting...stay tuned.
