Peeler, leave it for a change (1-3 months)and see what happens, I have seen many sell in the past at $1.11 only to see the price increase in a few days or weeks. There are many things to play out with MCF, you have to be patient if you want to see the gains.

Do you think the LOWBALL bids coming in are investors that don't know what they are doing, I would suggest they are gathering more shares at bargain prices. I've seen it many times, I'm sure Wendy has been here long enough to see the same thing. Wendy, your thoughts??

As I said earlier, competition moves quick when it comes to innovation. Microforum, I'm confident, will emulate, if not surpass the competition. I spoke with Robert at Investor Relations Group - the IR firm hired by Microforum - and he confirmed that there is in fact a press release that is e-commerce related and waiting for approval so that it can be released. He said that the year end financial should be out sometime in June.

An interesting note about Investor Relations Group (IRG). They not only do IR for Microforum, they also do IR work for InfoWave (IWM:VSE), and Envoy Communications Group (ECG:TSE). As you know, these three stocks are up amongst the best performing Canadian stocks and probably amongst the most promising as well. For IRG to be doing IR for all three, IMO, speaks very highly of IRG. They don't receive stock in exchange for their services either, they get a monthly fee. So you can be sure that they're much less likely to be pumping a stock for their own self interest.

All the Best
Marty
