I assume you mean the "quiet period"....I refer to "end of lock-up" as the time when insiders can start selling after IPO, maybe 6 months or so...."quiet period" is a little less than a month, I think...according to what someone posted on NETP thread (as a direct e-mail response from NETP IR if you can trust the post), the quiet period ends TOMORROW, so you should start seeing buy rec's by Wednesday...if this is true, probably a great buying op today on NETP !!!!
