I also think that the Dow will trim back to 9000 and of course most tech stocks will decline disproportionatly. As a consequence it will be more difficult to take longer term time horizons while waiting for a stock to perform. I recall trading PSIX last summer in the 18 to 20 range. It was the DLJ pick of the year. I watched it go down to the low double digits in the fall and then rock well past 50, where it has been recently. It is just tough to hold thru a 50% decline in a good stock.
