Doug, I know what I'm about to say nobody wants to hear, but I read this as a potential for a reverse split to bring in the new company. Then there could also be the 4/1 reverse on the spin-off. A clue is the comment about applying for NASDAQ. How do they get the share price there? A reverse split is one way, a big one. IMO be very careful guys, US Packaging did something like this to investors.

Okay here comes the first shake out.
The MMs are trying to shake the tree to see who wants to sell them some shares. they will do this all day if they can drive the price down enough. Theres no way they had enough shares to back this rally and now they need to get some more so they drop the price to see who the weak hands are. When they have enough , they will let it go again.
