Bob Great question!!! What is the operating condition of our company? Based on conversations with key players on 5/5/99 the audited financials (both income statement and balance sheet for 1998) as far as the numbers were concerned were final. The only issues were the text for the introductory letter and the notes to each of the exhibits. There was a telephone conference call that afternoon to address the wordsmithing with the objective of finalizing same. Here we are on 5/17/99, twelve days later, and still no audited financials from our company. What does that tell us? If the news was good, we would have heard by now, don't you think? Does that tell us that the news is bad? Certainly the movement by the MM's would tell us it is what we expected. How much longer do Firamada shareholders have to wait for the information they are entitled to by Texas Law? The precursor organization to FSAAA first requested this information from Mr. Sultan (Firamada's counsel in LA) on 1/26/99. That's nearly 4 months ago. Here we are, 17 months after the start of 1998 and still no financials for even the first quarter of that year. Why don't we get answers to our questions? Is there anybody within Firamada at the senior management level that will address them? Who knows? "I don't know, it was not my responsibility," seems to be the standard response. It's underwhelming!!! Is it time for a change!!!
