Scott, he gets two cents for every dollar the stock goes up. If the stock trades at 100 times pre-bonus earnings, every cent in earnings makes the stock go up a dollar, which costs us two cents. ACTV will never show a GAAP profit if it is valued at more than 50 times pre-bonus earnings, assuming earnings are rising. lol. That's my understanding, anyway. Don't take my word for it. I was wondering, is there any hope that the new options plan can be nixed at the shareholders meeting since nobody received a copy of it? If I show up and make a stink about it, is anybody going to go along with me?

Scott- The assessment of the compensation plan that has Bill S. getting 2 cents for every 1 cent in earnings is so painfully wrong I cannot believe we are discussing it. Do me one small favor then... if it is so painfully wrong, please openly attack my specific numbers, my methodology, my assumptions, something. Please show me where I am wrong rather than just simply stating that I am wrong. I know it will take you a few minutes, but it will definitely be worth the effort... the few minutes you spend would go a long way to answering a great many of my questions. In the meantime I am going to take Ed's advice and send my analysis onto ACTV for their opinion. If I get anything back from them, I will post the entire response verbatim so that everyone can analyze what they write back. -Mike
