rudedog, fyi, i worked at lotus shortly before the ibm acquisition...lotus had become complacent and so infested with the "empty suit" type of mgt coming out of ibm and digital, not to mention a lot of hvd mbas who didn't know what they were doing...lotus was easy to integrate with anyone willing to pay them a reasonable price...not to mention microsoft crushing them at the same time...very different scenario with dell...very different...nothing is impossible...we'll see :)
