I assume it is active today because of the SI discussion on it. It traded some at $.40. I suspect if I buy there I can easily sell it at $.20 tomorrow. Yes, the spread is a problem.

I searched the internet for the owners and found nothing derogitory. Actually, I found nothing at all outside SI and Edgar.

I don't see a catalyst, but I didn't see one for FLYT either. But I find it hard to pass up a dollar selling for 50 cents. More DD is in order before I buy. FLYT looked almost identical to this deal. Seemed too good to be true. DD showed no warts. Interest income was covering expenses of what was essentially a shell with some good tax loss carryforwards.

Like Peter, I'd also like to thank those on the thread for ideas and analysis on NH, MWY, DAIO, DSWL and USU. I got out of NH & MWY last week with come nice gains. Still holding DAIO, DSWL and USU.
