teevee, I was under the impression that the great majority of the kimberlite bodies, never underwent any "alteration" post formation, since their "heads" were covered early in the geological process. They are essentially intact. Is this a wrong assumption?

Hi teevee,

you still didn't answer Bart's question "what is your motive in posting here" You gave a technical response, not an answer. Unless of course you take exception to AJ and want to ensure as much collateral damage as possible.

What you provided was a big technical "negative", most people on this forum are non technical so you are really chatting with a very small group of posters, which again raises the question of "motive". Or were you simply looking for an intellectual outlet ?.

regards, Terence Mitchell
