Did you buy very many books which were supposed to have shipped in 24 hrs? Most everything I bought was claimed to ship in 24 hours and did. I know my wife had a gripe on one that was promised and then was delayed. I buy "funny" books like an Atlas, etc. That may make a difference. I am debating this partly as an exercise. I truly have not heard people in general not being happy with the service at either AMZN or BKS. Both occasionally do not have access to what was promised.
