Neocon, the file drawer I keep a postcard from the man is overwhelmingly for Clinton, but that says little about the voice of all paper or drawers does it? Actually, an area with 'many families' is not sufficient characteristics to determine how many and how desperate are the caregivers there. A high income area can provide itself relief from caregiving. A mature populace will cut down on the weight. Husbands who assist in caregiving, rather than add to the burden, would also ameliorate the effect.
