I also noticed a 2,000 block on the May 45's. It was between the bid and ask but with a uptick arrow.... what does this mean?

Try 187.50 per thousand not 18,750.
Sounds like a good speculative play to me on the buy side!

"implied volatility was about 69"

implied option volatility generally rises when earnings are to be announced prior to expiration. implied volatility should drop on wednesday.
