Howdy Pals, in Reuters today in an article (Washington) "Fed May Signal Inflation Worries At Meeting" by Caren Bohan there it is again...it says "many economists see such a bias likely after the surprising 0.7 percent jump in the Consumer Price Index for April announced by the government Friday". Any Math Whizzes on Techride disagreeing with me please correct me... but that placement of the decimal sure looks like 7% to me, not 7/10 percent as stated elsewhere. Common sense tells ya which of those is correct. Ed, I've been trying to find the article mentioning IATV and MSFT WebTV working together but so far no go; if you don't think that sounds right then maybe it isn't - but it WAS what I read somewhere. Whether or not, I still bought some IATV today because I like it. The Truth Is Out There. This 0.7 percent thing (looks like 7% To Me!) is another example of what we've been talking about here on Techride regarding incorrect financial news reporting. With so many news sites available for financial stories now, sure do wish they'd either straighten out their stuff like WSJ seems to be able to, or hang it up. Doesn't anyone knowledgeable Edit these things? Makes One look like a jerk believing it and repeating it, That's What Gets Me.
Oh well, so something or other makes me look like a jerk, or maybe it's just me...so what else is new LOL?!
909s To My Pals,
Joanie

Hi Pals, Well, I was planning on sitting on the sidelines all day, but couldn't help myself and bought some Warp 10 Technologies (WARP) as a little-bitty (2 bucks). Always happens...feel that powder just burning a hole in my pocket! Oh well, good buy today on a dip and hoping for good techride ahead!
Disappointed with CNXT today, but knowing that this is just a "blip". Sure we'll do fine there. Joanie, looks like you made a good buy there too...and we'll be keeping the fingers crossed on that one too. After all, BLUE's Techride thread has a reputation to maintain! <S>
909's pals,
