Dennis Roth is one of the more rational posters who favors ULBI. You'll find he's quite active on their threads.

Incidentally, I posted his excellent summary here a few months ago (post #9490) but I guess nobody noticed.

Eli74 I don't know who Dennis P. Roth is, other than he seems to be mostly partial to ULBI and posts on ULBI boards a lot. Whatever he thinks or whatever his motivations are, he is certainly a great archivist. Dennis thanks again!
