Robert, I never said they were bad guys. If I worked there I'd likely do the same thing. I can't blame a guy for trying to make a buck. I can, however, blame the people who approved the plan, and those are the people I'm speaking to here.

I'd appreciate it if you could direct me to where their rights were capped and that they are getting rid of the plan. I didn't see that in the proxy report, but it's very possible I missed it. I'm just going by what I read. I'll read through the proxy report again. It would seem to me that this is a material fact that should have been disclosed in their financial statements, and it's not.

If I have misinterpreted the plan, I apologize.

Robert,

It amazes me that these guys bash the hell out of the company and for the most part don't have a clue on what is going on. Several of these jokers have been writing pure nonsense and posting it as fact and then daring people to dispute it.

The question is; Is it our responsibility to correct their mistakes, or is it their responsibility to have all the facts before they post wild and false acquisitions about the company.

The 10Q will be out shortly and then these same posters will either move on to their next management bashing session and/or pretend it never happened.

All I did was call the company and get clarification on this issue.

Jack is back!!!

I read the proxy report and the financials again and can't find anything about capping the SAR Plan.

The proxy report is dated April 23, 1999. When was it capped, Robert? This is very important!!!
