You can bet if the auditors are having problems with the financial statements, then there is a really big problem somewhere with MRPS. Now, all of the hypsters will say that there is not, but I have been around long enough to know that there is something wrong here. It is mid-May 1999 and still no financial statements. The next PR will not give the company credibility. What will give it credibility will be the issuance of the financial statements. Buy as you see fit, but something is just not right here.
