Edgar filings should now be on the way. I was told that this transaction was the key reason they held off from filing earlier to become reporting. This major change in management and strategy would have required amending the registration statement and would have just put them back to square one. So, it made better sense to just let the new management choose their own SEC lawyers and file based on their new business plan. As for the new management, I think the job they did building up shopping.com speaks for itself. Better still, they are starting off here with a site that has real substance, not pie in the sky like WCTI, or some other sites that have been heavily promoted/hyped. A big key will be whether the new management can now bring in some heavy financing. If they can do that, then they will have the ammunition to really take BHUB to a realm occupied by some of the web's premier sites.
