In the latest CC, McBrayer began his part of the call by interjecting the "Safe Harbor language" which "we [PAIR] have been lax in stating..." He then went on the spout off the canned line in rapid pace. DWC, as you pointed out, this is common to ALL 10K reports for PAIR (and likely ANY public company, with company specific edits to reflect particulars). "Safe Harbor language" can also be found in your friendly 401k package or mutual fund prospectus. This is called covering your ass in the corporate world. Good luck to all PAIR shareholders.
