Jim and All.....Again in the face of weak hands selling today, I feel we saw some awesome support at the $1 level. Although this retest is not a pleasant thing to see as we all hoped for a rising base, there was true support.

The mms dropped the bid to 15/16 and then immediately moved it up to .99 as a big wave of buying occurred this morning. Then another wave a hi 4 to 5 digit buys occurred near the close.

When you consider our relationship with the likes of Frontier, divisions of WorldCom, divisions of Siemens, Global Crossing/US West (upcoming), it seems we are creating a substantial telecom network to have at our disposal. There appears to be some duality involved from the standpoint of 2 LD providers, 2 transoceanic cable runs, etc. This says to me that we will have protection against any shortfall in service caused by any one provider. Also, this allows for our expansion in the future without fear of available bandwidth as we approach clients. Such preparation speaks well of mgmt and has come with no small amount of effort I am sure.

I also believe that since things have taken a bit longer on the filing, I will say publicly that I am not expecting reporting status in the 2nd quarter. There is just too much happening in terms of additions to the filings to project quick approval. There will have to be another SB2a because the Q1 financials will have to be included in the next one now that we are over half way through q2.

So, we might as well face this fact and hope for good fortune to abound. Perhaps MS will have some more interesting developments to add to the next SB2a. When new alliances are being announced, and with Joe Theismann ready to show up in national ads, the future looks to be bright. Maybe not an overnight skyrocket in price, but nonetheless bright. Perhaps todays support at $1 will be enough to convince some of the big players to go ahead and get in.

Work on some DD on these partners if you have some time and report back to the thread. We can all help each other out by posting what we find.
