Well we are going to do around 3 and a half mil and we may close up 4 cents....buys buy the ton and this is where we are going to close?...I guess if we do about 15 mil we will go up 10 cents....

Zbyte, I wonder if someone can explain to me how putting VSI in Chapter 7 resulted in TSIG recording some $4 MM in gains from "disposition" or discontinuation? Typically, in voluntary chapter 7, the court tries to put its hand on all assets available. Could it be that this gain might be reversed later on? Or is this possibly a reversal of a prior write off that was "too deep"?
