Here's my take, at the end of every BW release there's this Copyright Disclaimer that may or may not be valid/legal that prohibits reproducing the release in other computer Data bases (SI)

However, there are thousands of BW releases posted all over SI, not to mention the other Chat houses, so BW puts the pressure on SI to delete the LawSuit release from this thread and in turn they won't sue SI for all the other 'infractions'.

It's certainly in BW's interest to have news releases posted on SI as well as links to the original, exposure, so they don't want to raise too much muck.
