When your talking equity, do you mean Market Cap?

If so, Market Cap is based on total Outstanding shares.

So CMOZ Market Cap would be $126,000,000 (based on O/S of 42 million).

MXNT Market Cap would be about $50,000,000 (based on O/S of 13 million).
