You may want to consider it a courtesy, to protect profits. I was long in PRFM just prior to perfumania.com launch. A@P called the short over the weekend, and gave most everyone who would listen the chance to close their positions at a profit. I was slow to do that, and ended up with a loss. MUCP may trade higher, it may trade lower, the market decides. If everything in the company checks out, then there is nothing to be concerned about. By the way PRFM was around 11 on the open that day, promptly going to 6. Look where it is today. Best to protect profits.
